Time: Registration & Networking 5:00 pm; Buffet dinner starts at 5:30 pm; Speaker(s) begin at 6:30 pm

Cost: $20.00 at the door (cash or check only)

Please make plans to join us for our kick-off event of the program year. Our program for this evening will be a panel discussion of Human Resource managers from the southern Minnesota area, including Allina Health Systems, South Country Health Alliance, and Wenger Corporation

Our speakers will present information on and discuss:

  • each of their HR organizations
  • the biggest challenges facing their organizations today
  • the communication strategies used to communicate across multi-generational organizations
  • the "claims to fame" in each organization as it relates to best practices, new approaches to conducting business, etc.

Our events provide a great opportunity for young & seasoned professionals to share ideas, insights, and ask questions outside of the workplace. There's no better time to gain insight from others than at our face-to-face professional development events, so tell your co-workers about our events.


A few words from the Board of Directors

On behalf of the Board, we are excited for the start of another program year. We've got another great line up coming together for the rest of our program year. As with anything in supply chain though, we have a few last minutes details to nail down and hope to be able to publish our full event schedule within the next few weeks.

If you are interested in volunteering as a board member, please reach out. Participating as a member on the board is a great way to get your feet wet and experience and participate in running a business. Not only does it help expand your knowledge, but it goes a long way for any career advancement plans you may have in the future. On the final leg of your professional career? No problem there either. This is great way to share your knowledge and experience with others. We can all learn from each other, which is what makes our organization great.
