This month's professional development event

Brendon Krieg, from Revol Greens, will be speaking on the new Revol Greens greenhouse lettuce farm located near Medford, MN.

Revol Greens is a new greenhouse lettuce farm located in Medford, MN.  Founded in 2017, the team is led by former owners of Bushel Boy Farms: Jay Johnson and Marco deBruin.   Growing year round in a state of the art greenhouse, Revol Greens is committed to sustainable and responsible farming utilizing natural light supplemented with high efficiency LED lighting in the winter months, filtered rainwater for irrigation, and 0 pesticides or herbicides.  Revol Greens’ crops utilize 90% less water and are 30x more productive per acre than traditional lettuce growing.  By growing locally and harvesting daily, fresh lettuce is delivered within hours of harvest. 

Brendon Krieg, Sales Manager for Revol Greens, has over 15 years of fresh food supply chain experience.  Prior to joining Revol Greens, Brendon led fresh vegetable sourcing and buying for Target’s 1800+ stores and has held several fresh supply chain positions with CH Robinson. 

This is also our annual joint meeting with the local ASQ Chapter. As always, we look forward to this joint event with our peers from ASQ

Febuary Event Preview

Our February 11th event will be held at Torey’s in Owatonna. Our presenters for the evening will be from Federated Insurance Owatonna – who have been instrumental in increasing awareness and preventative measures on distracted driving. Come to learn more about their activities and on the implications of “Distracted Driving”. This will also be out first opportunity to enjoy Torey’s new facility in downtown Owatonna (208 N. Cedar Owatonna, MN 55060)
