"Achieving Quality Relationships"

In his lively presentation James explains the expanding role of Supplier Quality Management and its relationshipto future success of businesses. He will also describe effective and timely methods to shorten qualification cycle times and lower supplier risk.

Educated in Engineering and Business Management, James' current role at SPX Service solutions is providing strategies and tactical supplier qualification, audit, and performance monitoring of electronics/materials in Park Drive automotive diagnostic tools.
 
James' previous tenure with Sandia National Lab, Analog Devices, IBM Rochester, and LSI Logic has experienced engineering, production, and procurement environments ranging from ultra-reliable military prototyping to multi-million dollar shipments, both domestic and abroad.
